YOUR BIKE PROJECT

Helping the Youth in Our Community, Two Wheels at a Time

Our Story

Your Bike Project is a non-profit organisation, specialising in up-cycling and cycle maintenance. We provide an exit strategy for young people in the community who are involved in violence, gangs, and NEETs. We use unclaimed and abandoned bikes for young people to fix and use.

Since 2009 we have been teaching young people cycle maintenance, cycle provision and cycle safety, as well as offering them apprenticeships and other opportunities such as mechanic training. We encourage a healthier lifestyle, mental well-being and social cohesion through cycling within the community.
